What is BotsRankMe?
BotsRankMe is an AI visibility tracker that shows indie founders whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini recommend their product when buyers ask for the best tool in their category. Claude runs today. The other three stay marked soon until a key is connected, and a missing key is not shown as a rank.
What is AI visibility?
AI visibility, also called generative engine optimization or GEO, is whether an answer engine names your product when someone asks for the best tool in your category. A rank in Claude is a different number from a Google blue-link ranking.
What does the free check include?
Three prompts, asked once each, to Claude only. You see the answer, whether you were named, and one cited source with a one-line fix. The other sources are on a paid plan. No card, and no account.
Why might this differ from what I see in Claude?
Claude’s answers move. A new chat, a different wording, or a page that changed can name a different list. The free check is one run, so it can disagree with the chat you have open. Paid plans ask each prompt three times and show how often you were named, instead of a decimal average that looks more precise than it is.
Which engines run today?
Claude, with live web search. ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini stay marked soon until their API keys are added. A missing key is not shown as an error.

What is the $29 lifetime deal?
Starter limits, forever: 10 prompts, three runs each, every cited source, and a weekly email. The first 50 spots are counted in the database. When they are gone, the counter says so.
What do you store?
The product URL, the text we read from the homepage, the prompts, Claude’s answer, and the email you submit. We don’t ask for passwords or customer data.
Why would a free check be closed?
There is a daily spend cap so one quiet day can’t drain the API budget. Paid plans still run. You can join the waitlist and we’ll email you when free checks reopen.
How does the weekly check work?
Starter, Pro, and Lifetime re-check on a schedule and email the change, like 0/3 → 2/3. The mail comes from mail@botsrankme.com. Free checks are not repeated.
